Lotus Massage Studio is a renowned massage and beauty spa situated conveniently in Toronto, catering to clients looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We are seeking skilled and dynamic Registered Massage Therapists to join our team. The successful candidates will be passionate about the industry and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:

Delivering Exceptional Massage Therapy:

• Provide high-quality massage sessions, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Aromatherapy massages, customized to meet clients' specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, billing information, and health history.
• Communicate effectively with clients before and during massage sessions to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Collaborating with other staff:

• Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a welcoming, peaceful, and clean environment for our clients.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to help grow the business.
• Continuously educate oneself about new techniques, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) (unless about to graduate/apply).
• Experience in providing massage therapy services in a professional setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a professional demeanor, be punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate schedule desires effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform massages for multiple hours.
• Must have good dexterity and mobility in the hands, arms, and shoulders.
