Only Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services at Lotus Massage Studio qualify for insurance claims. Receipts are not provided for relaxation massages or body contouring treatments.
Consent and Release
By booking, you consent to participate in massage and body contouring treatments. You understand these services involve soft tissue manipulation and non-invasive techniques. You release Lotus Massage Studio, its owners, and staff from all claims or injuries related to these services.
Medical Acknowledgment
These treatments are not a substitute for medical care. Lotus Massage Studio does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. Consult a doctor if you have health concerns.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Lotus Massage Studio for liability arising from your actions during the services.
